Houston Hospice Life Matters
Hi, I’m Cynthia Nordt, Vice President of Development of Houston Hospice. (Visuals: Cynthia Nordt speaks and Houston Hospice logo appear)
It’s an honor to care for people who are facing the end of life. (Visual: couple and Houston Hospice Mission statement appear)
For most it’s difficult to talk about having a terminal illness but for the families that have had the care and support of Houston Hospice the discussion is much different. (Visuals: scenes of Houston Hospice chapel, gardens and inpatient unit)
They’re appreciative, and tell us they don’t know what they would have done without us.
I’m sure you’ve gone through this, or you know someone who has. You know how helpless you can feel and how helpful it can be to have a caring individual walk through this with you. (Visuals: stuffed animal teddy bear, woman in window, hospice nurse hands with patient hands, people in inpatient unit hallway)
Your gift allows us to provide compassionate hospice care for families during the most difficult times of their lives. Thank you. (Visuals: Cynthia Nordt speaks, CFC logo, CFC support, photos of couple with child, hospice nurses and nurse with patient)
