Help us as we help youth and families in need.
Bacon Street Youth and Family Services opened its doors in 1971. We have been providing youth addiction treatment and prevention services to the Williamsburg community ever since. This past year, we expanded to reach youth in Yorktown, Gloucester and Mathews County, Newport News and Hampton. Your donation helps Bacon Street serve thousands of youth each year. With your help, young people and their families can find help and hope as they face the battle and stigma of youth addiction and mental illness. With your help...we can provide individual, family and group counseling to anyone who seeks help, regardless of their ability to pay. We can offer "Bridges," which connects peer mentors with rising freshman to support them in their transition to high school. We can staff a drop-in center in Hampton for homeless and precariously housed youth facing substance abuse disorders, as art of The Journey Home project. To donate, visit baconstreet.org or designate Bacon Street CFC #83157. Bacon Street is a proud partner agency of the United Way of the Virginia Peninisula.
