From a New York City educator: “We are so thankful for the incredibly generous donation of books from RIF. The first shipment of around 10,000 books arrived in the final weeks of the school year and we were able to quickly distribute these to children through our schools. As students picked up their end of year packets, report cards, and materials from tables stationed outside schools on front sidewalks, they were also able to pick up three to five books each for summer reading. As our schools and public libraries remained closed, your donation was a critical support in our work to limit summer learning loss. We are grateful for the work and outreach you did to make this donation possible.”
