Bailey and Beau Reunited!

Thank you, generous CFC supporters! Because of your support of RedRover dba Animal Crisis Care through the Combined Federal Campaign, we are able to shelter and care for animals during natural disasters and other large-scale emergencies, like the recent wildfires in Northern California.

In August and September 2021, we cared for more than 600 animals displaced by the Monument and Caldor fires. We witnessed many happy reunions as families were able to come pick up their pets and finally return home – including Bailey and Beau, who reunited with their family after 13 days apart. Their "mom" Lina couldn't contain her feelings when the pups were brought out to her – she hugged the shelter staff member and told her she loved her, and expressed her gratitude to each one of us for keeping her babies safe.

From stray animals like gentle giant Gregor and cuddly Siamese Mr. Jinks to ecstatic pets like Dizzy and Muffins jumping into their families’ arms, the message is simple: Thank you for giving animals the safety and care they deserve. We couldn’t do it without you!
